Fonseca Bin No 27 Finest Reserve Port 75cl Fresh, rich, blackberry and cassis aromas. Well-knit structure. Velvety, rich, luscious black fruit and chocolate flavours. An intense lingering finish.
Chablis Premier Cru Les Fourchaume Francoise Goulley 2005 75cl x 2 Jean Durup, who produced this wine, has the largest holdings of vineyards in this Cru, and believes in making classical Chablis – firm, fruity, with good balance and length, this wine is quite exceptional.
Volnay Bitouzet Prieur 75cl 2001 x 2 Vincent Bitouzet has substantial holdings in Volnay, with six Premier Cru vineyards, as well as village wine. He also has Premier Cru and village vineyards in Meursault. His red wines are always well structured, stylish, and velvety. This wine is a good example of the characteristics of the village wine and from a fine vintage.
